Terms and Conditions for Your Landscape Journey Packages

Package Options
a. 4-Hour Package – Must be used within 8 weeks of purchase.
b. 8-Hour Package – Must be used within 12 weeks of purchase.

Purchase and Payment

Payment for each package must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Once payment is processed, you will receive confirmation and access to scheduling options.

Scheduling

Sessions are by appointment only.

It is your responsibility to schedule each session within the designated usage period.

Sessions are subject to availability and will be conducted at mutually agreed-upon times.

Usage Period

Unused session hours that remain after the designated usage period (8 weeks for the 4-hour package, 12 weeks for the 8-hour package) will expire and cannot be carried over or refunded.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.

Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of that session hour.

Repeated cancellations may affect the availability of future sessions.

Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the package has been purchased and the session hours have been allocated.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness or injury), please contact us directly to discuss possible arrangements.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and communicate any specific requests or requirements before your sessions.

You agree to participate actively and attend scheduled sessions on time.

Service Limitations

Advice, guidance, and support offered during sessions are based on professional expertise and experience.

Results may vary depending on individual circumstances and engagement with the session content.

Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
